Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at lovefever.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
